The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of the city, close to many shops and restaurants. The hotel is also situated near several popular tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the area. the free and easily accessible water dispenser on each floor is a bonus.

While the rooms were generally nice, there were some issues such as small size and with some lacking windows. Guests should be aware that rooms with windows and without windows have different amenities and these differences should be reflected in the cost of the room.

Great location right in the heart of the city, close to many points of interest. the hotel was located in a mall complex, so finding food and drink was easy. the free flow water dispenser on each floor was convenient and appreciated.

The room was quite small. the bathroom was not properly closed and only separated by a glass wall, so there wasn't much privacy.

I loved the location of this hotel, as it was situated in the heart of the city center. This made it very convenient to explore the city on foot, and I found that many of the local attractions were easily accessible from this spot. I appreciated the abundance of food options nearby, as there were plenty of great restaurants to choose from for breakfast and dinner. Finally, the hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful, and made me feel welcomed.

The hotel is located in a central area, close to both the hospital and train station. the room was quite small and the bathroom was not properly separated, which could be uncomfortable for some guests. Despite this, the hotel provided free flowing water and was able to offer a windowed room upon request.

The lack of complimentary bottled water was disappointing, especially as it is offered in many other hotels.

The location was excellent, centrally located in a mall complex. Easy walk to nearby attractions. Convenient access to food options for breakfast and dinner. Close proximity to Medan City Rail station. Adjacent to Medan's largest shopping mall.
